Weight losing story of great adnan sami

Sami was born in Pakistan and reared and educated in Britain. He attended Rugby School and studied at the University of London. Asha Bhosle spotted talent in a ten-year-old Sami at an R D Burman concert in London, and encouraged him to take up music as a career. Sami then learned Indian classical music from the Santoor maestro, Pandit Shivkumar Sharma and became one of the first people to play Indian classical music on the piano and electric piano

Sami started playing piano at the age of five. It has always been a part of him. The process of composing a melody and nurturing the whole thing into a final product is very fulfilling. In compositions, he can vent his thoughts and frustrations. Singing is therapy for him. It comes after all the background is ready. While singing you just have to sing and freak out. In short, each has its own essence. I like all of them equally.

I have managed to lose a lot of weight.
I lost 90 kg. As my mother says, I have offloaded another human being. lots of will power and lots of not eating. Sometimes, I get odd dreams when suddenly I wake up and say chicken tikka or biryani. I wake up in a cold sweat. I even have a conversation with my stomach at the dining table. On seeing salads, my stomach growls and complains of giving me acidity but I pacify it by saying you have always been eating biryani and chicken tikka. Now see what it has done to you. Now you eat this salad and see how happy you will be.
